        造成夢(mèng)魘的三大因素

        睡姿不正確

        比如睡覺(jué)時(shí)把手壓在胸口上,容易造成呼吸困難。此外仰睡和臥睡也更容易遇到夢(mèng)魘。

        創(chuàng)造舒適的睡眠環(huán)境

        需要舒適的溫度和新鮮空氣
